Wildflour + Bakery

Breakfast meetings are the best! You’re out early, the traffic is light, and you have the rest of the day to do whatever else you need to do!

My MBA friends decided the only other schedule available for a second and slightly more complete meet up was on Saturday morning at the Global City (read: far).

Wildflour is very popular for their breakfast menu and their baked goodies. They have since stopped making their version of cronuts, but, these can still be ordered 3 days in advance.

Most of us ordered the Wildflour breakfast combo:

You get to choose how you want the eggs. I requested for poached ones. The sausage patties and the bread were just ok. Nothing really to rave about except maybe for the crispy potatoes.

Beth ordered waffles. Didn’t get to try it but looks delicious, yes?

Blended fruit shake. Tasted just ok.

Overall, the place is overhyped or my expectations were very high as people actually line up to dine at this rather expensive place.

The baked goods though! They’re worth a try. I bought two pistachio kouign-amann and they were absolutely the bomb! Sorry no close up photos of those, but, here’s their bread and pastries stand!

Wildflour + Bakery is at Taguig and Podium.
