Maisen Tonkatsu

We’ve passed by Maisen’s Omotesando shop countless times but never went inside. After a seminar in the area, we went in for a snack.

Fine. It was more than a snack. It was maybe a snanner or a dinack. Hehheh.

Tonkatsu with Egg. The meat was tender you could mistake it as ground meat.

DrG’s order. I didn’t get to try this but it was pork slices in barbecue sauce.

The thought of eating at an old bath house doesn’t seem to be a good idea, no? It is a little off putting. But, Maisen has always been a crowd pleaser. The lines are long at peak hours. We were lucky to be seated without having to wait.

Maisen will open at Manila soon.
